At BerrijusTv, we are committed to providing high-quality digital streaming services. We want to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your subscription. However, due to the nature of digital goods and premium streaming services, we enforce a strict No Refund Policy.
Please read the following carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Goods and Services
BerrijusTv provides non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods. As such, we do not provide refunds once the order is accomplished and the subscription details/m3u links have been sent.
Once a subscription is active, the service is considered “consumed.“
We cannot “take back” the time or the digital access once it has been provisioned.
2. “Try Before You Buy”
We strongly encourage all customers to utilize our [24-Hour Trial / Free Trial] (if applicable) before purchasing a long-term subscription.
The purpose of the trial is to allow you to test our service, channel list, and VOD stability on your specific device and internet connection.
If the service works during the trial but you later decide you do not want it, a refund will not be issued for the purchased subscription.
3. Technical Issues and Support
We understand that technical issues can arise. However, technical difficulties are rarely a result of a faulty subscription and are usually due to:
User device limitations (e.g., older Smart TVs, weak processors).
Improper setup or use of incompatible apps.
ISP (Internet Service Provider) throttling or blocking.
Slow or unstable internet connection on the customer’s end.
We do not offer refunds for technical issues unless:
The issue is confirmed to be solely on our server side.
The downtime exceeds [X] hours/days and we are unable to restore service.

4. Channel Lineup Changes
The channel lineup and VOD library are subject to change without notice.
Channels may be added or removed based on stability and source availability.

5. Buffer and Internet Speed
A stable, high-speed internet connection is required for IPTV.
We are not responsible for your internet speed or data limits.
We do not issue refunds for buffering or freezing caused by your internet connection or Wi-Fi interference.
6. Chargebacks and Fraud
BerrijusTv takes a zero-tolerance approach to fraudulent chargebacks.
If a customer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or credit card provider without contacting our support first, their account will be immediately and permanently banned.
We reserve the right to report such activities to relevant fraud prevention databases, which may affect your ability to purchase IPTV services elsewhere in the future.
